Shipping Policy
Our goal is to make you happy and proud of what you have purchased. However, if you are not happy with the item, you may return it for a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges) or exchange it for other items.
Our bags,shoes and accessories are handmade from vintage textiles with leather may show signs of wear and tear.
All computer monitors are different and we do our best to present the colors of bags and shoes but please be aware that it may appear slightly different on your screen.
All International orders are shipped via Indonesia Post or Spain Post and shipping times will vary per country. Please allow up to 7-25 days for delivery.
All items ship via EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking details. Shipping takes We find EMS quite reliable and reasonable in terms of shipping cost.
We require a telephone number for your shipping information. This is necessary for the efficient delivery of your order.
If you would like us to ship by specific courier, please, contact us and we’ll arrange.
Items are inspected by us before dispatch. Once an item has been sent, ANAMASGYPSY will no longer be responsible for goods shipped. If you require insurance, please send us an email upon purchasing.
Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date when ordering. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping. We do not refund for items lost in the mail. If you are experiencing problems we will do our best to assist you.
Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.
All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. ANAMASGYPSY must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Payment Policy
Paypal is the easiest way to pay by Visa, Master, Discovery, Express card from anywhere in the world. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment.
Changes to Your Order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular, we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Processing and Delivery Times
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@anamasgypsy.com Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Customs/Import Duties & Taxes
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Exchange Policy
All of our leather is dyed individually, so each product color will vary from one to the next, making each piece unique!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
ANAMASGYPSY will exchange items if returned within 30. You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us and supply a return postage satchel with your name, address and order number Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please note that no two pieces of leather are dyed the same, and color variances can occur between each batch. Hide marks are not considered a fault.
We only offer an exchange, not a refund, for a change of mind or wrong fit.
Sale, discounted, and discount coupon items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange.
All exchanges must meet the following requirements:
ANAMASGYPSY does not refund because of change of mind. Refunds are only issued if an item is faulty and cannot be repaired.
*Please note this excludes noticeable fair wear and tear.
All products for exchange must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please note: International Returns cannot be over $1000, if so please ship these separately as ANAMASGYPSY is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.
Upon receipt of the items, We will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalized.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. ANAMASGYPSY is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
What if My Item is Faulty?
We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process below and attach a photo of the fault to the returns form.
What if I Receive an Incorrect Item?
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at info@anamasgypsy.com so we can resolve this for you.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?
Subject to our obligations, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain the proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Please note: Subject to our obligations under Indonesia or similar legislation, international returns cannot be accepted where the value of the items being returned in one shipment is over $1000. Please ship the items separately as we are not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it may be deducted from your final refund.
